腺嘌呤生物金属有机框架的配位化学及超分子识别

才红, 许丽丽, 李冕,李丹摘要:生物金属有机框架(biological metal-organic framework, BioMOF)是近十来年发展起来的一类新型晶态多孔材料, 它采用生物分子作为有机连接体, 本身具有优良的生物相容性, 为生物学和医学方面的应用提供新的机遇. 本文总结了腺嘌呤作为有机配体与金属离子组装形成BioMOF的配位化学和结构特点, 介绍带有开放Watson-Crick位点(open Watson-Crick site)的BioMOF及其主客体化学的研究, 并展望其在化学和生物领域中的前景。关键词:生物金属有机框架, 腺嘌呤, 开放Watson-Crick 位点, 主客体化学, 自适应化学文献链接:N972015-01431.pdf
